[Fw_Os_Forum] Simple Network Protocol and PXE Base Code not supported

Any idea why LocateProtocol returns EFI_NOT_FOUND for both
PXE_SIMPLE_NETWORK_PROTOCOL and EFI_PXE_BASE_CODE_PROTOCOL?

My system is attached to a network with ethernet cable, and I can see
that PXE boot is being initialized before handoff to my loader, yet
the protocols don't appear to be supported. I've enabled everything
that looks pertinent in the UEFI BIOS options...
